After upgrading the Citrix client software to the latest Receiver 3.x version, the customer noticed that intermittently, Published Application seamless windows are losing focus and staying on top of other windows even though they are not the active window.

For example, when working on a local Outlook client, when a new e-mail arrived, the published application seamless window jumped to the foreground.
The PVS Stream service is down due to unavailability of the PVS SQL database. As a result, all the Streamed servers are not responding and users can no longer interact with XenApp\XenDesktop Farms.
When users turn on ClearType inside a Windows RDS / Citrix XenApp session, the setting is not saved in subsequent logons. Each logon, the end user is required to manually turn on ClearType Enabling ClearType via the Registry using a logon script or GPP action doesn’t seem to work.
